Properties are advertised every week from Friday 00:01 until Tuesday 12:00. On bank holiday weekends its from Friday 00:01 until Tuesday 17:00.

The Government has indicated that from April 2013 working age council tenants in receipt of housing benefit are likely to have their housing benefit reduced where they are under occupying their home. We will update this information as the proposed benefits changes become clearer.

We have a number of hard to let properties in various sheltered schemes throughout the borough for the over 60's (& in some schemes for under 60's who have a medical & support need identified) if you are interested in these please ring the lettings team on 775454 for more information.
