Background Information

You will need to answer questions about yourself, your partner and anyone else moving with you. In order to answer these questions, you may need to gather such information as:

• National Insurance numbers for yourself and your partner

• Dates of birth for all household members

• The addresses at which you and/or your partner have lived at over the last 5 years, including the dates you moved in and out.

• Details of any current or previous tenancies held by yourself or your partner.

Please note - If you do not use this site for more than 30 minutes any information not saved will be lost and your session will expire.
