Welcome to Berneslai Homes Homeseeker online Housing Application Form.

If you are over 16 you can use this form to apply for Housing. If you are 16 or 17 we will only accept your application if you have a guarantor to support your application. A guarantor is a person who is over 18 and who is either a close family member or a professional person offering support, for example a social worker.

Please do not use this form if you are already registered and wish to tell us about a change in your circumstances. To do this you can request a Change in Circumstances form by calling into any Barnsley Connects office or by phoning on (01226) 775555.
